The Duraflex Gear System eliminates the key and the mechanical backlash typical of flexography, ensuring greater registration accuracy, reduced vibration, and improved print quality.

With the Zero Backlash system, applied to printing presses, torque transfer occurs without radial, axial, or reverse torque play, providing stability, repeatability, and interchangeability among different machines.
